Slinger and Signaller Training Courses

Our slinger/signaller training courses are designed for anyone involved in attaching, slinging loads or directing crane operators in lifting operations. The courses are compiled to suit novice operators, experienced users and candidates requiring refresher training. The slinger and banksman for crane operation training programs are suitable for a wide range of crane operations:



Our slinger/signaller training includes training in the selection, inspection and correct use of wire rope, webbing and chain slings as well as other lifting equipment in general use such as shackles and eyebolts as well as specific attachments where applicable:



Our slinger/signaller training courses are accredited by RTITB or ALLMI and are conducted in accordance with their standards and the LOLER (Lifting Equipment and Lifting Equipment Regualtions) 1998, in consultation with the guidelines laid down by LEEA (Lifting Equipment Engineers Association) as well as the relevant BS7121: Code of Practice for Safe Use of Cranes.
